EU – Returns & Cancellations
Returns You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, and return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them.
Cancellations You may request a cancellation before your order has been fulfilled.
Items excluded from returns Custom-made and personalised items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
EU Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us with an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw (for example, by email or via our contact form). You may also use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, though this is not obligatory.
In accordance with EU law, we will reimburse you for the item and the initial standard delivery costs. Returns must be sent back at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Your refund will be issued once the return has been received.
