Amelie Roller Click Stick

This is my new two-in-one fidget stick!

One end is a silent fidget: a smooth, soothing roller ball.
The other end is a flicker: a satisfying, audible click.

My fidgets are designed with teens and adults in mind; fidgets that don't look like "toys". Fidgets that you can feel confident about taking to the workplace or classroom.

A fidget tool can:
help ease anxiety and stress
helps with focus, concentration and active listening
help us self regulate our emotions
help our hand function; improving fine motor, strength and circulation
help to reduce unhelpful habits eg nail biting, tapping, hair twirling, leg bouncing, pen clicking etc

Fidgets are a great stimming tool for people with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder and other forms of neurodiversity.

We all have different sensory preferences, so please ask if you need any advice regarding sound, texture, colours etc.
